South Devon and Torbay are a half-hour run for us, and the work down there tends to be businesses selling to the public locally: storage, leisure, trades, hospitality.
What changes on this coast is how people search. A lot of it is on a phone, in the moment, with a strong local intent: somebody wants a unit, a table, a quote, and they want it near them today. So the build priorities shift: speed on mobile data, a location that is obvious within a second, and pages structured so Google can tell exactly which town you serve.
Every one of these is a live site for a real business in or next to Newton Abbot. No stock screenshots, no "representative examples": click through and check.
A storage business where the enquiry is nearly always local and nearly always urgent. Built around availability, size, price and getting someone to call, plus an ongoing content and search programme rather than a one-off launch.
Visit the site ›We have fewer clients in Torbay than in Exeter, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. The work we do have there is live, and you are welcome to ring them.
South Devon and Torbay search differently from the rest of our patch. A far higher share of it is somebody on a phone, outdoors, deciding in the next few minutes; they want a unit, a slot, a price, and they want it near them today.
That pushes the whole build in one direction. Speed on mobile data matters more than it does anywhere else. The location has to be obvious inside a second, not buried in a footer. And the pages have to be structured so a search engine can tell exactly what you do and where you do it, because a lot of these searches never reach a second page; they get answered in the map pack or not at all.
It also changes what belongs on the page. Opening hours, access times, what fits in what, and what it costs are not detail to be tidied away; for this audience they are the entire decision.
Because we only have one there, and we would rather say so. SOS Storage in Kingskerswell is a real, live site doing real work. Padding a page with businesses we did not build for is exactly the thing these pages exist to avoid.
No. CREATE is in Tiverton, roughly forty minutes up the A38. We are Devon, but we are not on your doorstep, and for most of this work that makes no practical difference.
Partly, and it is worth being straight about the limits. Proximity to the searcher is a ranking factor nobody can edit, so we cannot move you closer to somebody. What we can fix is everything else: a correct and consistent listing, a site that matches it, real reviews, and pages that make your location unambiguous.
A single page in 24 to 48 hours. Most sites live in three to six weeks. Anything with availability, booking or payments runs six to twelve.
